That's how Lauren G. described her post-CrossFit feelings, and I can't say it any better.
We went yesterday morning for the free first-timers class. From everything I'd heard I was expecting it to be challenging, but in a fun way, not in a those-aren't-trash-cans-they're-for-when-you-puke way. Today my whole body hurts, but I loved it, so I'm going to make a small commitment to CrossFit (twice a week for six weeks) and evaluate after that.
Thanks to Wendi for sparking my interest and Lauren for going with me -- I would have been way too intimidated to try it by myself.

In further follow-up from my last post, I found my missing earring (that I thought I'd lost at the gym) on my shower floor yesterday. Nice -- I'm never that lucky!
