Jordan told this to Carrie and Carrie told me. It's just one more example of why I heart Chick-fil-A.Last weekend Jordan's mom went through the CFA drive-through and ordered chicken strips. But when she got home she found they'd accidentally given her a chicken sandwich, which costs, like, 25 cents less than the strips.
She called the store to tell them what had happened and the manager was extremely apologetic. Then he asked for her address, and she asked why he wanted to know, and he said, "Because I'm on my way over with your chicken strips." And 15 minutes later he showed up with the food and, the way I heard it, enough CFA coupons to last a lifetime.
I wish this story would make its way to the management at Coach Light Cafe.

I heart CFA too! I met Truett Kathy at an event about 4 years ago and he is the nicest man! The CFA corp. has wonderful values. BTW, I read your post about Coach Light Cafe and now I'm curious to know if they responded to your letter?!?!
