It's its there their they're

You Scored an A

You got 10/10 questions correct.

It's pretty obvious that you don't make basic grammatical errors.

If anything, you're annoyed when people make simple mistakes on their blogs.

As far as people with bad grammar go, you know they're only human.

And it's humanity and its current condition that truly disturb you sometimes.

i got a 10/10 too! oh man i forgot to write in my blog after track that day about the fact that it doesn't matter if we're not fast because we can spell! and apparently have excellent grammar.

as far as the other post goes...sorry about your feet. all i can say is,"oh jennifer." i say that because I probably would have wanted to run barefoot on a treadmill too. I have on asphalt streets and so many other surfaces.

anyway...talk to you soon!

Gosh, it seems you and Amanda and everyone you know are good at spelling and language. It's/its nice that your/you're not arrogant about their/they're/there apparent linguistic shortcomings.

I want you to find a comma and semi-colon quiz. That's my big grammatical struggle.

I forgot to send you my nursing paper to read - do you want to see it?

Kaitlin: You're right, that was classic. I forgot to put it on my blog too. Thanks for making me feel slightly less crazy for the barefoot treadmill incident. I used to run barefoot on the asphalt track in high school, too.

Dad: I give all the credit to my third-grade teacher.

Lib: I'm not great at commas vs. semicolons either. I don't think I ever really learned the rules; usually I just go with my gut. There are instances when one is definitely correct and the other is not, but there are also gray areas. If in doubt, you can always rephrase.

I'd love to see your nursing paper if it's not too late!
